This Privacy Policy describes how Premier Medsolutions, LLC (“Premier”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, software, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including account details, practice information, and the call center, prior authorization, billing, and revenue cycle data you and your patients submit. We also collect technical information automatically, such as device identifiers, browser metadata, and aggregated usage signals.

2. Protected Health Information

Premier handles Protected Health Information (“PHI”) under a Business Associate Agreement with each covered entity that uses the Services. PHI is encrypted in transit and at rest and is used only for the purposes permitted by the BAA and HIPAA.

3. How we use information

  • To deliver, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • To communicate updates, security alerts, and support messages.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or misuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information with payers, clearinghouses, EHR vendors, and other workflow partners only as required to deliver the Services on your behalf. We also share information with vetted subprocessors who help us operate the platform.

5. Your choices

You may access, correct, or delete personal information by contacting your practice administrator or our Privacy team at privacy@premiermed.com. Residents of certain jurisdictions have additional rights under applicable law.
