1. Eligibility

The Services are intended for licensed healthcare professionals, their staff, and authorized patient users. By accessing the Services, you represent that you have the authority to do so on behalf of your practice or yourself.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@premiermed.com.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Services to submit fraudulent or inaccurate clinical information.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform.
• Do not use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

4. Clinical responsibility

Premier is software that supports administrative workflow. It does not practice medicine. Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the prescribing provider and the practice.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@premiermed.com.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premier disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
